Healthcare is Evolving

How We Can Help

Health foundations like ours are finding their role increasingly important as the landscape of healthcare continues to evolve. The NHHF was founded to provide financial support to quality health and wellness services.

The community was deeply concerned about the lack of local clinic, lab and pharmacy after having this valuable resource for more than 30 years. A local group came together to identify ways to help fill this void and out of that the Foundation was formed with the goal of involving our communities in resolving unmet medical and wellness needs. A small group of dedicated volunteers is finding their way to standing up the Foundation and taking on our first big project, with many more to come. The Board would welcome community engagement and involvement.
